  • Processing Time: Orders are processed after your order is placed.

  • Shipping Time: Please allow approximately 4–9 business days for delivery.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control.

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information when available.

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. LUKARA is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.

Returns & Exchanges

LUKARA accepts returns within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. To initiate a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order for return instructions.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and with all original tags and packaging. Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
