Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order if we believe information provided is inaccurate, payment cannot be verified, or an order appears fraudulent or unauthorized.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, the applicable amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

4. Shipping

LUKARA currently offers free standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Please allow approximately 4–9 business days for delivery.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, destination, or circumstances outside of our control.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address when placing an order.

5. Returns and Refunds

Eligible returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and include all original tags and packaging.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $12.99 return and restocking fee, which will be deducted from the approved refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at lukarashop@gmail.com as soon as possible.

Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue when applicable. We will review the situation and provide appropriate instructions.

7. Order Changes and Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed.

Because processing may begin quickly, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled after it has been submitted.
