At LUKARA, we’re committed to providing a clear and reliable shopping experience.

We currently offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders.

Orders are processed after they are placed. Please allow approximately 4–9 business days for delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on destination, carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided with your order.

Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

Returns & Refunds

We accept eligible returns requested within 7 days of delivery.

To request a return, please contact us at lukarashop@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and reason for the return. We will provide return instructions after your request has been reviewed.

Returned merchandise must be in its original condition, unworn, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these requirements may not be eligible for a refund.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and a $12.99 return and restocking fee. The fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Pet and Home categories are FINAL SALE. 

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of its status. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit-card provider to process the refund.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact lukarashop@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the item. We will review the issue and provide instructions for resolving it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return. Any product-specific return restrictions will be disclosed on the applicable product page when relevant. 

Order Cancellations

We begin processing orders shortly after they are placed. Because of this, we cannot guarantee that an order can be changed or canceled once processing has begun.
